1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or in any way using the jetaz7 platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the jetaz7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors who have not registered an account.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. jetaz7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall take precedence. All formal communications between jetaz7 and registered players shall be conducted in English.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jetaz7 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, negotiations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the jetaz7 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jetaz7, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the jetaz7 Platform or had a jetaz7 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

2.1 Age Verification

jetaz7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within 72 hours of a request will result in account suspension until the verification is completed. Any winnings accrued during a period in which a player is found to have been under 18 years of age will be void and forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services on the jetaz7 Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and real-money gameplay — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name as it appears on your NID, a valid mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth.

3.1 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to register and operate exactly one player account on jetaz7. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jetaz7 will close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed through those accounts, and may withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jetaz7 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify jetaz7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with industry best practice and to protect the integrity of the Platform, jetaz7 may require players to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), a selfie with the document, and in some cases proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name). First-time withdrawals always require completed KYC. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts proceed without additional documentation unless jetaz7 identifies unusual account activity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jetaz7 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jetaz7 does not apply currency conversion or foreign exchange fees. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your gaming account balance in real time upon confirmation of the mobile money transaction. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 15–30 minutes during operating hours (08:00–22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time). jetaz7 does not charge any deposit processing fees. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party, is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though high-value withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The estimated processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad: 15–45 minutes during operating hours
• Rocket / Upay: 30–60 minutes during operating hours
• Dutch-Bangla Bank / City Bank / BRAC Bank / Islami Bank / Sonali Bank: 1–3 business hours during operating hours

Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours will be queued and processed from 08:00 BST on the next operating day. jetaz7 charges zero withdrawal fees on all supported payment methods.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal of deposited funds is permitted at any time subject to identity verification requirements. Withdrawal of bonus-derived balances is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms. jetaz7 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Where a withdrawal is declined following a fraud investigation, the player will be notified and provided with the reason for the decision.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jetaz7 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on each individual promotional offer page, in addition to these general bonus terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the applicable promotion page, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement means you must place real-money bets totalling the specified multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in total bets must be placed). Bets placed on games with an RTP above 97% or bets placed at odds below 1.50 in sports betting may not count toward wagering requirement completion, or may count at a reduced rate, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

jetaz7 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Actions considered bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; wagering in a low-risk pattern (e.g., placing opposing bets simultaneously) with the primary intent of fulfilling wagering requirements with minimal risk; and using software tools to exploit bonus mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, jetaz7 reserves the right to void all bonus balances, close the player's account, and withhold any associated winnings without notice.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated on the applicable promotion page. Bonus funds and any associated free bets that remain unused or on which wagering requirements have not been met by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account. jetaz7 will not reinstate expired bonus balances under any circumstances.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the jetaz7 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. RNG systems used by jetaz7's game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — are independently tested and certified to ensure true randomness and compliance with published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages. jetaz7 does not interfere with game outcomes.

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on jetaz7 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the specific market rules displayed alongside each market. In-play betting odds reflect live market conditions and are subject to change or suspension at any time based on match developments. jetaz7 reserves the right to void a bet if it was placed after the relevant event outcome had already been determined due to a data feed delay or technical error.

6.2 Disputed Results

In the event of a dispute regarding a game or betting outcome, the result recorded in the jetaz7 system shall be the definitive result, except where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome. Disputes must be raised with jetaz7 customer support within 30 days of the relevant event date. jetaz7's decision on disputed results, made after reasonable investigation, shall be final and binding.

6.3 Responsible Play

jetaz7 is committed to fair and responsible gaming. Players who believe a game has malfunctioned should cease play immediately and contact support. Any malfunction voids all game play and any associated pay. 7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the jetaz7 Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or at any other time
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account
• Registering more than one account on the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any Platform game or system
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise obtain the source code of any Platform software
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful to other users
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal under applicable local law

8. Account Suspension & Closure

jetaz7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The player has provided false or unverifiable identification documents
• Unusual or suspicious account activity is detected, pending investigation
• A player requests voluntary self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools
• jetaz7 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your jetaz7 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus balances subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, you will no longer be able to log in to the Platform, access your transaction history, or claim any pending promotions. Closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the closure date. jetaz7 retains account data for a minimum period required by applicable data retention obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8.3 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the jetaz7 Platform or service, you should first contact jetaz7 customer support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. jetaz7 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 10 business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached through direct contact with customer support, further escalation procedures are available as described in the Platform's Complaints Procedure document.
